• We have the complete quality system and quality organization institution, and set up the quality department to in charge of IQC, OQC, ROHS report and reliability test, the test result from this department will be responsibility for our company directly.
• For each project department, we set up IPQC to analyze the customer's complains, quality, CPK,SPC.
• We pass the ISO9001 quality system in 1999.
• We also made some quality approvals of CE,UL,ect according to the customer's requirements.

Procedures/Testing Details:

Our specialized QC personnel, made up of engineers, technicians, and production staff trained to perform QC tasks, inspect all materials and components are inspected at each stage of production as per specification and all finished products are inspected before and after packaging, and once more before delivery. Our QC and testing equipment is developed in-house through an independent laboratory and each shipment would be equipped with QC report.B&K
